PATRICK HAS OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY, RANGING FROM LINE COOK, TO LEAD TRAINER, WHICH INCLUDED STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND THE ROLE AS THE DIRECTOR OF QUALITY FOOD FOR A MAJOR RESTAURANT CORPORATION. THEY ARE CURRENTLY SERVING THE COMMUNITY AS HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS, PATRICK AS A REGISTERED NURSE AND JOIA AS A PHARM.D, IN PHARMACY. TOGETHER THEY BRING THE COMPASSION AND EXPERTISE OF CARING FOR PEOPLE COMBINED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND PASSION OF CREATING GREAT BBQ, TO THE GIVE THE WORLD AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.
